Nuno Santo has a pretty straightforward decision ahead of Tottenham Hotspur's trip to West Ham United this afternoon.

The Portuguese boss left the bulk of his first-team squad in north London as Spurs were defeated 1-0 by Vitesse in the UEFA Conference League on Thursday night.

There were very few positives to take from the match, so it would be a surprise to see anyone involved then starting today.

The Lilywhites have improved in the Premier League in recent weeks, winning back-to-back matches and they could break into the top-four with another victory at the London Stadium today.

So, here's how Nuno could line up his side...

There could be as many as 11 changes from midweek.

In goal, club captain Hugo Lloris is expected to return between the sticks, taking the place of designated cup 'keeper Pierluigi Gollini.

He'll be marshalled by the same back four that has steered them to those recent league wins, so Sergio Reguilon and Emerson come in for Ben Davies and Japhet Tanganga, with Eric Dier and Cristian Romero replacing Davinson Sanchez and Joe Rodon.

The Argentine could have done with a rest after the international break, so his return will be a welcome one.

In midfield, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Oliver Skipp are likely to return at the base of the engine room, whilst Tanguy Ndombele continues as the no.10 over the likes of Dele Alli and Giovani Lo Celso, who were underwhelming in Holland.

Spurs struggled to threaten Vitesse in the final third, so Nuno will surely welcome the opportunity to start Harry Kane and Heung-min Son. They will be joined by Lucas Moura, meaning Bryan Gil, £26m-rated flop Steven Bergwin and teenage gem Dane Scarlett are axed.
