Tottenham Hotspur return to European action this evening as they embark on a trip to Macedonia to face KF Shkendija in the Europa League third-round qualifying.

A victory would take them one step closer to making the group stages this season.

Jose Mourinho's side head into the match on the back of a 5-2 drubbing of Southampton thanks to a quartet of strikes and assists from Heung-min Son and Harry Kane.

So will the 'Special One' tinker with his winning side? Spurs are already facing a congested schedule so expect some changes.

Here's what we are predicting tonight...

There could be as many as six changes to the side that thrashed the Saints on Sunday.

Club captain Hugo Lloris makes way for free-agent summer signing Joe Hart between the sticks whilst there are two new defenders amongst the starting lineup too.

Both Ben Davies and Eric Dier remain, but in comes Toby Alderweireld and Serge Aurier, who replace £42m man Davinson Sanchez and Matt Doherty.

In midfield and perhaps surprisingly, Tanguy Ndombele keeps his starting place after just 45 minutes on the south coast and he may partner Harry Winks once again, meaning there's no place for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

Dele Alli also returns to the starting XI after missing the last two matches. He'll need to impress here this evening if he's to emerge from the shadows under Mourinho.

Neither £57.6m-rated Heung-min Son nor Lucas Moura are risked, so places are handed to Erik Lamela on the left and Steven Bergwijn on the right.

Whilst Harry Kane leads and captains the side, particularly as he's still the only senior striker available.

It means there are no places for Giovani Lo Celso, Moussa Sissoko or Ryan Sessegnon.
