Moron was actually linked with Barcelona as an emergency signing following Ousmane Dembele’s injury, but the Spanish champions instead completed a move for Martin Braithwaite.

As expected, a number of Spurs fans have been on social media responding to the latest claim, and not too many are enthused by the idea of Moron arriving.

Not all of the Tottenham fans feel the same way, though, with two individuals suggesting that the striker would be a good signing.

Indeed, one claimed that Moron would be “decent” back-up to Harry Kane, while the other said that the pair could play alongside each other in attack.

Moron has scored 11 times in 29 appearances for his Spanish club this season, including nine goals in 26 La Liga outings.

Meanwhile, a number of Spurs fans have been reacting to a transfer link with this Premier League defender.
