Spurs: Alasdair Gold drops Djed Spence update

Alasdair Gold has dropped an update on reported Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Djed Spence.

In a recent video posted on his YouTube channel, the journalist revealed that, despite there being no recent developments in Fabio Paratici’s reported £20m pursuit of the Middlesbrough right-back, the deal is very much one to keep an eye on, with the 21-year-old believed to be extremely keen on a move to north London this summer.

Regarding Spurs’ interest in the England U21 international, Gold said: “No developments on Djed Spence as of yet, he’s another one to keep an eye on because I know people within his camp were expecting some developments last week, which didn’t really come.

“As I said before, it seems like Djed Spence does favour a move to Spurs with the attraction of Champions League football and the fact that he would get a fair bit of game time with Spurs as well.”
