Liverpool have a lot of work to do in the summer if they are to claw their way back to the top of English football and return to the Champions League but it seems Jurgen Klopp is reluctant to turn his back on young players.

Reports have claimed Liverpool scouts were in attendance to see Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa in action against Torino earlier this week, in a game that finished 2-2, and the stats show Chiesa could become a star at Anfield.

Netting two goals and providing two assists this season, as well as creating 15 chances and taking 30 shots, Chiesa has shown he has the ability to be a star-winger in the Premier League- and he's only 19-years-old.

Winning 24 take-ons and boasting a passing accuracy of 84%, Chiesa is comfortable on the ball and has the attributes to be a real threat- although Liverpool may not be able to provide the first-team opportunities the teenager needs to continue his development.

However, the Reds certainly shouldn't take their eyes off Chiesa and he's certainly one to watch in the coming years.
