As reported in an exclusive by The Sun, Wilfried Zaha has emerged as a shock target for Pep Guardiola's Manchester City this summer.

What's the story?

There aren't many high profile players who have played for both Manchester clubs but Wilfried Zaha could be the latest to wear red and blue.

That's according to The Sun, who say Pep Guardiola is keen on landing the Crystal Palace man this summer in an effort to reshape the look of his attacking frontline.

The paper reckon that Spurs are also interested in the versatile winger, who could cost as much as £25m.

The right choice?

Zaha has been on the English football scene for seven years now but still just 24 years of age, he's only just finally maturing into a consistent and effective performer in the English Premier League.

He's had a fine season for Crystal Palace, scoring 6 goals and assisting 7 more in 26 league starts so far this season. That's a fine return for a club in the bottom half of the table and surrounded by better players, surely he would only be even more effective.

It didn't quite work out for him at Manchester United but a move to their city rivals could just be the ticket in finally helping him become the truly elite player many thought he had the potential to be all those years ago.
