West Brom are on the verge of returning to the Premier League.

The Baggies are nine points clear of third place with just 11 games to go, and the Midlands club should be confident of sealing promotion from this point.

Of course, if Slaven Bilic’s side are promoted they will receive the serious financial boost that comes with Premier League football.

The Baggies will be spoilt for choice in the transfer window, but luckily for them their top priorities this summer should already be abundantly clear to Luke Dowling and co.

West Brom’s incredible form this term has been at least partially down to the incredible performances of three loanees; Grady Diangana, Callum Robinson and Matheus Pereira.

The Baggies have an option to sign the Brazilian for £9m in the summer, and with the 24-year-old contributing to 18 goals already this term they’d be foolish not to exercise that clause.

Unfortunately, the Baggies don’t have the same options on Diangana or Robinson, but they should pull out all the stops to make their moves permanent if they can.

Robinson may have only been at the Hawthorns for just over a month, but he’s already proven his talent, contributing to three goals in six games, and averaging a WhoScored rating of 7.43 since joining, a higher rating than any other Baggies player.

Robinson isn’t favoured at Sheffield United, being shipped out on loan six months after arriving at Bramall Lane, so there’s every chance Albion could get that one done.

Things are a little more complicated when it comes to Diangana - a talent with ten goal involvements. If West Ham are relegated they could struggle to keep hold of Andriy Yarmolenko and Felipe Anderson who are on £115k a week and £85k a week respectively. Thus, they may be hesitant to let someone like Diangana go because he may be needed for the Hammers in the Championship.

However, even if the London club play hardball over the 21-year-old, the question should still be asked.

West Brom are in quite a nice position, they should know what their priorities are if they go up and that could help save them from the embarrassment the likes of Fulham and Aston Villa have faced in recent years, spending extortionate amounts, over £100m each, just to falter upon reaching the top-flight.

In other news, Jake Livermore would have every right to feel aggrieved if one newspaper report comes to fruition.
