According to Sky Sports, Chelsea are considering a move for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice during this summer’s transfer window.
The England international came through the youth system at Chelsea but left the Blues at the age of 14 to join West Ham.
The 21-year-old has developed into a key player for the Hammers, starting and finishing every one of the club’s 29 Premier League games this season.

He’ll definitely want to go with Mount as well

The only thing that worries me is that he would probably be keen to join his mate Mason Mount

Others, meanwhile, have revealed that they would be prepared to negotiate for the midfielder, some asking for huge money, while there have also been plenty of ambitious shouts for N’Golo Kante to move in the opposite direction.
Swap deal for Kante?

Some of the supporters, though, are hopeful that Rice would not want to return to Stamford Bridge having been released by the club as a youngster.
They like him that much they let him go from the youth system

It’ll be a test of his loyalty.chelsea chucked him and West Ham,along with Declan’s determination, have made a player that Chelsea didn’t think he would become.maybe something for him to remember before he hands in a transfer request

Shouldn’t have released him as a youth then.
