The suspension of the football season may be frustrating for fans but it is likely even more difficult for players to cope, and that has led some to find creative ways of keeping themselves entertained.

Soccer AM have helped with their #hometopbinchallenge that is currently sweeping across social media, with a range of people taking part during their self-isolation process.

Wolves skipper Conor Coady has joined in on the fun too, despite not having a Twitter account. However, he seemingly was never going to miss out on the chance to show off, whether on the pitch or not.

Using an actual bin to work with is one interpretation of the challenge, but that could be minor compared to what Ryan Bennett is planning after being nominated by Coady, who also put teammates Ruben Neves and Matt Doherty up to the challenge.

This is likely just the latest method footballers will use to pass the time until the fixtures return, and manager Nuno Espirito Santo will likely be hoping for activities that instead focus on maintaining fitness ahead of a tough end to the season.
