Footballers are likely finding the time away from the pitch, and even training, quite difficult - but some seem to be making the most out of a bad situation.

One of those is Wolverhampton Wanderers' Daniel Podence, who could be struggling most having only recently made the switch to the UK after moving to Molineux in January from Greek side Olympiacos.

He is therefore a long way from friends and family at home who are also dealing with recent world events, yet he seems focused on passing the time in the right manner - keeping entertained and maintaining his fitness.

The winger has posted several videos displaying the various methods he is using to stay active, from a boxing workout to playing with his dog, as well as playing around with his partner.

He has also shown off his new look in the process, and after shaving his hair off he is almost unrecognisable.

Maintaining fitness will be crucial to footballers over the coming weeks after the Premier League announced that no matches will be played prior to the 30th of April.

It is particularly important for Wolves, though, as they still have European fixtures to play on top of their nine remaining league games - if they beat Olympiacos that is.

In response to the video, fans were enjoying what they saw:

vasco.coelho02: "Some see problems, others see solutions"

exadaktilos_advanced_barber: "@podence what happened to your hair"

Meanwhile, Wolves fans have been loving the recent actions of one likeable player...
